Delivery Policy

Last updated: January 2026

Corigen Py delivers digital engineering work. We do not ship physical products. This policy describes how and when commissioned work is handed over.

Delivery Format

All deliverables are transmitted electronically. By default, source code is delivered via a private Git repository (GitHub or self-hosted). Documentation, configuration, and credentials handoff are delivered via encrypted channels (signed email or end-to-end encrypted vault).

Delivery Timeline

  • Script tier: 3–7 business days from deposit clearance
  • System tier: 10–21 business days from deposit clearance
  • Bespoke tier: Per the engagement schedule in the signed proposal

Each engagement begins formally when the deposit clears and the brief is countersigned. Timelines may be extended by mutual agreement when scope is expanded mid-project.

Acceptance

Upon delivery, the client has a 7-day acceptance window to verify the deliverable against the agreed specification. Acceptance is automatic if no substantive feedback is received within that window. Final payment is invoiced upon acceptance.

No Physical Shipping

Corigen Py does not ship physical goods. There are no shipping fees, no carriers, no customs procedures, and no physical returns. All transactions are for digital deliverables only.

Geographic Availability

We accept engagements globally, subject to applicable export-control law and the Acceptable Use Policy. Payment is invoiced in USD by default; alternative currencies may be arranged for retained engagements.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is delayed by Corigen Py beyond the agreed window without prior notice, the client may request a 10% timeline credit applied to the final invoice. If delivery is delayed due to client-side blockers (missing access, unresponsive feedback), the timeline pauses and no credit accrues.
