Corigen Py ("we", "our") operates corigentech.com and provides bespoke Python engineering services. This policy explains how we handle information you share when contacting us or commissioning work.
Information We Collect
We collect only what is required to deliver work: name, email, billing details, and the technical materials you share during scoping and engagement (briefs, credentials, source code, sample data).
How We Use It
Inquiry data is used solely to respond to your request and deliver commissioned work. We do not sell, rent, or share client information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Storage & Security
Project materials are stored encrypted at rest in access-controlled repositories. Credentials are held in dedicated secret vaults and rotated on project close. We retain project data for 90 days post-delivery unless a maintenance retainer is active.
Third-Party Processors
We use Stripe for payments, ProtonMail for correspondence, and self-hosted Git infrastructure for source code. Each processor handles only the minimum data required for its function.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold at any time by emailing info@corigentech.com. We respond within 14 days.
