Refund Policy

The 50% deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of payment, provided no engineering work has commenced. After work begins, the deposit covers scoping, architecture, and committed engineering hours.

If we fail to deliver against the agreed specification, we will revise the work at no additional cost until the spec is met. If after reasonable revision cycles the spec cannot be met due to our error, the deposit is refunded pro rata against work delivered.

Final payments are non-refundable once code is delivered, source is handed over, and acceptance is signed. Bugs reported within the support window are remediated at no charge.

If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work delivered up to the cancellation date plus a 15% closeout fee. Any remaining balance is refunded within 14 days.
